What is the order fulfillment time?

We try to realize all orders as quickly as possible. it should be borne in mind that these are fully personalized items and each product is made especially for you. We try to fulfill all orders within 48 hours ( and after this time we sending your order) , with the exception of the Christmas Season, when as a result of a large number of orders, the execution time may be extended.

How long does delivery take?

What kind of towels do you use?

We use the highest quality towels with a weight of 500 mg / m2. Our towels are proven products - they are absorbent and fluffy, they do not lose their color, they serve well for many years. These are cotton frotte towels with the European OEKO-TEX certificate, which guarantees that the product meets all standards and requirements for fortte towels and is free from dyes and carcinogens. It also guarantees the absence of dyes that could cause sensitization and allergies.

Can you make an individual project for me? With my artwork?

Of course, we also make fully personalized projects. To make such a project, send us an email with a description and attached graphics (preferably if it was a vector graphic, flat, such as a coloring book). We will try to do everything we can!

Can you do a fully personalized decoration design? my friend is a sailor and i would like this gift to be a sailor style.

Of course, we make custom decoration projects, such as for sailors, footballers, for Peppa Pig fans! :) Each task is another challenge for us - contact us by e-mail to arrange the details of the order!

Can I return my order? A friend canceled a birthday party.

Unfortunately, all our products are made to order and are non-returnable personalized products.

My order is damaged - what should I do?

Please contact us by e-mail office@thebeautifulgifts.co.uk and write "damaged product + order number" in the subject line of the e-mail.
