What items can't be returned?

We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following non-faulty products:

  • The product(s) has/have been personalised, made to order or customised in any way.

  • The packaging or any of the individual product components, has been unsealed or damaged.

  • The product(s) is/are perishable.

  • The non-faulty product does not arrive at Beautiful Gifts in a resalable condition. In this case we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will call you to arrange to send the product back to you and to take payment for the subsequent delivery costs.

My item is damaged, can I return it?

If the product you ordered is defective, you have 30 days to return it. Of course, if it is not personalized.
Items made according to presonalization are not returnable but of course the seller will provide you with an exchange for an undamaged item.

Packages or items damaged in transit must be reported to Beautiful Gifts within 24 hours of delivery. In the event of failure to meet the deadline for reporting shipments in transit, we regret that we will not be able to return or replace the goods.

Please contact a member of our customer service team at office@thebeautifulgifts.co.uk (or via our contact form on our website) who will guide you on how to return defective products and issue a completed return form. Please sign the form and attach it to the return. Failure to do so will delay processing of your refund.

When returning defective products, we will email you a prepaid return label. Instructions for returning the defective goods will be attached to the e-mail. Just follow the instructions and return the item. After receiving the goods in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will send a replacement or refund according to your preferences. We strive to process returns within 14 business days. The cost of the gift will be refunded to the credit / debit card used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds from the time of processing will take 5 business days.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please contact our Customer Services Team on email office@thebeautifulgifts.co.uk as soon as possible. If your goods have been despatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items.

All of our personalised items are hand made to order and unfortunately, once they are in production, we are unable to cancel them.
